Our classes are taught on BASI System Reformers and are focused on providing a workout that tones your entire body with an emphasis on form and function. Build strength, increase flexibility, and release stress in our 55 minute Pilates Reformer classes. 


BARRE & JUMP BOARD

Take your workout to the next level! Our Barre & Jump Board classes will have you pulsing, sweating, shaking, and smiling throughout a full body 55 minute workout. A fusion of standing barre exercises, Pilates resistance training, and cardio sections with the jump board will torch calories, tone your muscles, and improve overall flexibility. 


PILATES JUMP BOARD

If you're looking to add some cardio to your Pilates class, you've found it! Burn more calories as you propel yourself off a platform connected to resistance springs. Our Jump Board classes are formulated to increase muscle tone, improve cardiovascular endurance, and will have you smiling and sweating the entire 55 minutes!
